In this role, you will manage architectural glazing projects from handover through to completion, acting as the key link between site teams, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and the internal team. The company delivers around 12 major projects per year, each with its own specifications, site challenges, variations, and client requirements, giving you a consistent but varied workload. The ideal candidate will be a Projects Manager, Contracts Manager, Site Manager, or similar from an architectural glazing, façades, curtain walling, windows, doors, building envelope, or specialist subcontracting background. You will be commercially aware, confident managing variations and project costs, and comfortable taking responsibility for project delivery.
