We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. Someone who's passionate about building customer relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and making a real impact.
What You'll Do as Our Account Manager
As our Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of valued customers. From shaping strategic partnerships to delivering tailored solutions (think LAN, WAN & Network Security), you'll play a key role in driving growth, retention, and customer success. Your day-to-day will include:
* Grow and Develop Accounts - drive upselling, cross-selling, and introduce new solutions to retain and expand revenue.
* Build Relationships at Every Level - from technical teams to C-Suite executives, you'll engage stakeholders to influence decisions and shape growth strategies.
* Own the Full Sales Cycle - manage forecasting, pipeline, and contract optimisation to deliver consistent results.
* Create and Execute Account Development Plans (ADPs) - design actionable roadmaps that align customer goals with our capabilities.
* Collaborate Across Teams - work closely with Sales, Engineering, Service and Product to ensure seamless delivery and customer excellence.
* Maintain Accurate Reporting - keep Zoho CRM up to date with forecasts, pipeline progress, and contract documentation.
* Stay Connected Face-to-Face - maintain regular engagement with customers through site visits, QBRs and strategic planning sessions.
* Champion the Customer - put customers at the heart of every decision, positioning Convergence Group as a trusted partner in their success.
What You'll Bring - Your Experience Matters
* 2+ years proven success selling WAN & LAN solutions.
* Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
* Track record of managing customer relationships, upselling / cross-selling and hitting targets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho knowledge is a bonus), managing budgets, timelines and reporting.
* Skilled in outcome-based selling (not just transactional quoting).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Salary: £40–60,000 + double OTE (uncapped) + car allowance.
