Riverview is looking to recruit a Housekeeper to join the team 6 are self-contained flats. This is a part time role of 20 hours
Riverview is a residential service that provides personalised, high quality, safe support for 8 adults with complex needs including Autism, behaviours that challenge, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
* Delivers and maintains a clean and tidy environment throughout the home, in line with operational standards and ensures that work processes comply with statutory regulations.
* Ensures that Priory minimum standards are delivered in all home areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.
* Identifies and reports damage, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department or home manager to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.

What you'll bring to the role
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
The role holder will have a good standard of English, along with basic numeracy and literacy skills. No previous experience is required as full basic training will be provided. The role may involve responding to routine enquiries and providing basic information, while more complex issues will be referred to the line manager for further support.
