This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with experience in Agricultural / rural property matters to join this talented team.
The firm would also consider someone with either private client or property law who is keen to specialise and train in the unique and rewarding area of rural land and estates.
The role includes:
* Acting on sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and estates
* Advising on rural tenancies, easements, and rights of way
* Working with landowners on renewable energy and environmental projects
* Supporting succession and estate planning with tax considerations
* Collaborating with other teams on complex, cross-disciplinary matters
