Assistant Site Manager to support the successful delivery of high-quality homes on time and within budget.
?? About the Role:As Assistant Site Manager, you'll work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on site. You'll play a key role in coordinating trades, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring quality control throughout the build process.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing all on-site activities and subcontractors
* Monitor progress against project timelines and report updates
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Conduct quality inspections and snagging
* Support site inductions and toolbox talks
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and consultants as required
?? What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar role within residential construction
* Strong understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification (preferred)
* A hands-on, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellence
