In this role, you will spend most of your time teaching lessons to students between the ages of 13-18, while receiving teacher training and undergoing your teaching qualifications. This will include occasional classroom-based learning at an apprenticeship provider. After 1 year you will be a fully qualified teacher and be eligible for pay rises and promotions.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with good engineering knowledge who can work well with young people, is comfortable teaching groups of students and willing to work towards gaining new qualifications.
