Learning & Development Specialist – Digital & AI

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who brings proven L&D experience and has practical exposure to AI-driven learning approaches. This is your opportunity to shape the future of workforce development by combining strong instructional design skills with innovative technologies.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Design and deliver impactful learning programs aligned with business goals and global competency needs.
* Build on your initial AI-driven learning experience by driving pilot projects, fostering a culture of experimentation, and shaping next-generation learning strategies.
* Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to translate AI capabilities into learner-centric solutions.
* Lead innovative learning projects, such as:
o On-the-job video capture for field roles, enhanced by AI-powered analytics
o The development of learning & skills apps on Microsoft Power Platform
o Creation of an AI-agent-based career consultant for Employees
o Creation of AI-based learning content
* Oversee implementation and management of training programs, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business goals.
* Run internal campaigns to promote training opportunities using digital and AI-driven approaches.
* Apply data and analytics insights to monitor, evaluate and continuously improve learning experiences.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Learning & Development (curriculum design, training delivery, competency frameworks)
* Experience navigating complex matrix structures in multinational organizations and coordinating multi-country projects
* Hands-on involvement in AI-driven learning pilot projects.
* Strong project management skills and ability to deliver complex initiatives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms as well as the MS-365 Apps for Business.
* Experience with AI platforms and intelligent agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT) to enhance learning solutions.
* Passion for innovation and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Ability to travel internationally from time to time.
