The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Partner (Or Senior Associate ready to take the next step) to take a leading role within the Property disputes team.
You will manage and lead complex matters including:
* Developer and right to light disputes
* Party wall and trespass claims
* Landlord & tenant litigation
* Possession and mortgage claims
* Contested lease renewals, forfeiture and secured recovery
Beyond case leadership, you will play a strategic role in client development, cross‑referrals and team supervision, helping shape the next phase of the departments growth.
