The Role
* Contact customers regarding missed collections and confirm rescheduled dates
* Minimize invoice queries and investigate credit requests from customers
* Input data into the bespoke CRM/database
* Conduct end-of-month checks to ensure invoicing runs smoothly
* Resolve customer missed collection issues calmly and professionally
* Manage emails and workload independently
About you
The Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
* Excellent customer service skills and confident in making phone calls
* Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues effectively
* Strong prioritization and self-management skills
* Positive, can-do attitude; committed to doing the right thing
* Team player willing to support other departments
