Sales Administrator
OA are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our clients growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global food business, gaining exposure across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations while collaborating with international colleagues in the US, China, and beyond.
Location: Waltham Abbey
Hours: Part time. Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm or 9:30am-2:30pm.
Salary: £28,000 pro-rated.

Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities
5. Provide administrative support to the International Sales Team
6. Process sales and purchase orders, liaising with customers and suppliers as required
7. Prepare and manage credit and debit notes accurately
8. Monitor and manage inventory, including reporting and stock updates
9. Collaborate with Shipping, Accounts, and Planning teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
10. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members through approved travel partners
11. Organise meetings, including virtual sessions (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
12. Maintain and update team diaries and schedules
13. Manage company expense accounts and ensure timely reconciliation
14. Maintain accurate records of orders, data, and spreadsheets
15. Act as a key liaison between International Sales and internal departments such as Finance and Logistics
16. Communicate with international offices (e.g., US, China) to provide administrative support
17. Develop a strong understanding of business operations through cross-functional exposure
Sales Administrator Skills and Experience
18. Previous experience in a sales administration, operations, or administrative support role
19. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
20. High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation
21. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data management, reporting, spreadsheets)
22. Experience with ERP or CRM systems (advantageous)
23. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
24. Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Logistics, and Sales
25. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
26. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
27. Ability to work with international stakeholders and across time zones
28. Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn new processes and systems
