Responsibilities: Proactively identifying and managing risk‑reduction activities Ensuring medical provision and work equipment meet legal standards Processing quotes and invoices through SAP Reporting and analysing accidents and incidents Liaising with insurers to support employee rehabilitation in long‑term absence cases Preparing reports and presentations for SLT meetings Maintaining documentation, systems and compliance records Supporting general Facilities tasks and wider Business Support Services activityThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident with spreadsheets, data and analysis Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Project coordination and planning skills Budget awareness and understanding of business finance IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (desirable, not essential)In return we are offering: Basic Salary up to £28,000 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays with the opportunity to earn up to 5 days additional holiday each year Pension Plan Life Assurance - 2x Annual Salary High Street Discounts & Offers Virtual GP Employee Assistance Programme If you're eager to learn, excited by tech, and ready to make an impact—we want to hear from you!
