What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients following stroke, focusing on communication and swallowing difficulties. Design and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes addressing aphasia, apraxia of speech, cognitive-communication disorders, and dysphagia. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centred care. Monitor, review, and adapt therapy plans based on patient progress. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards. Engage in ongoing professional development, particularly within stroke and neuro rehabilitation.
