Barchester Healthcare, one of the largest care home providers in the UK, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their exceptional employee services team. This newly created role will allow the successful candidate to demonstrate their skills in coaching managers to implement best practice HR policies and procedures, with a specific focus on supporting a fast-paced new build programme.
Main duties of the job
As an HR Advisor at Barchester Healthcare, you will work remotely to provide HR support to a multi-million pound, fast-paced new build programme. This will include recruitment to 10 new care home openings per year and delivering an enhanced HR service to these homes in their first year. You will work in conjunction with the recruitment, senior management, and projects teams to onboard new staff members, provide comprehensive inductions for Care Home Administrators and Managers, offer contractual support, deliver HR surgeries on-site, support with case management, and provide HR training to heads of department.
