Contract: Full-time, part‑time and flexible roles available
Pay: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (equivalent to £85–£100 per day)

About the Role
Teaching Personnel are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to work across nurseries and Early Years units in Blackburn & Darwen.
You will play an essential role in supporting children’s early development, delivering high‑quality care, and contributing to a nurturing, stimulating and safe learning environment.
This advert specifically targets qualified Early Years professionals, ensuring a strong and experienced applicant pool.

Requirements (Qualified, Experienced Candidates Only)
Applicants must have:
✔ A full Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
✔ Recent experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or primary school)
✔ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
✔ Ability to support learning through play and structured activities
✔ Knowledge of child development, safeguarding and early years routines
✔ An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
❌ Not suitable for candidates without a Level 3 qualification.

Key Responsibilities
* Support children aged 0–5 in line with EYFS curriculum requirements
* Deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play
* Assist with observations, learning journals and progress tracking
* Provide high-quality care, supervision and early education
* Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
* Build strong relationships with children, staff and parents
* Support SEN and speech & language development where needed
