A well:established Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance company with over 11 years of experience in providing financial solutions. Specialize in offering mortgages, insurances, secured loans, and bridging finance, all in:house. As a company, they have experienced substantial growth over the years, and we are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced secured loan Advisor to join a dynamic re:mortgage team.
What we are looking for
As a secured loan Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering the highest standards of professional advice. We are looking for individuals who are already experienced in selling secured loans who have CeMAP 1:3 or equivalent.
About the role
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting full and thorough fact:finding sessions over the telephone to identify client needs. You will then leverage your expertise to recommend bespoke mortgage solutions that meet customer needs in a compliant manner.
Day to day
Conduct thorough fact:finding sessions over the telephone to understand client needs. Provide professional advice on mortgage solutions based on client requirements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all interactions. Work closely with the remortgage team to maximize customer satisfaction. Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively convey information. Collaborate with the administrative and compliance teams to streamline processes. Take advantage of provided leads and contribute to lead generation efforts. Continuously update knowledge of mortgage products and industry trends
