ADI now have the opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Nottingham Store. We are looking for candidates that have passion and drive to deliver outstanding customer service and can inspire and lead the team with the support of the Store Manager.
Job Duties:
1. Build customer relationships to support achievement of sales and profit targets
2. Develop new customer accounts and lapsed accounts
3. Pricing of customer enquiries and working with suppliers to obtain support where required
4. Following up on quotes and turning into confirmed sales
5. Continuously improving customer experience
6. Proactively identify, target, chase and secure new business opportunities
7. Support Branch Manager in delivery of key KPIs for your branch
8. Serving customers on the trade counter and answering the phone
9. Branch administration
10. Controlling stock
11. General warehouse duties
12. Supporting the management of the team through training and development
YOU MUST HAVE:
13. Proven professional experience in a similar sales position ideally from B2B product background or another wholesale distributor. We will equally consider candidates with backgrounds in Trade, Retail and other sectors.
14. Experience dealing with customers in a target driven environment.
15. Management/Supervisory experience
