Contract Scotland are working with a well-established and highly regarded construction and fit-out contractor, who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a long-standing, high-profile client account. This is a key leadership role within the business, with responsibility for approximately £3m of work per year, delivered across multiple projects typically ranging from £50k–£500k. The works are varied and fast-paced, covering everything from smaller maintenance and upgrade works through to full retail refits and commercial fit-out projects, largely within live operational environments. As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and supporting site and project teams to deliver consistently strong results.
