Lead Client Relationships and Drive Project Success
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships and drive project success. This is a key role within our agency, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget, while maintaining excellent client relationships. They will work closely with our creative and digital teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both brand and digital communications, particularly corporate website creation and corporate brand roll-out.
About You
* Around 7 years' experience in a similar design/branding agency environment
* Strong understanding of brand and digital communications, including corporate website creation and corporate brand roll-out
* Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal
* Ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders and lead client conversations
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and project profitability
