About the Role
Student Systems and Data team, working within the Registry, is responsible for all the student-focused business critical systems and is pivotal in ensuring the implementation of effective education administration across the College.
The role is responsible for managing the team supporting student systems and integrations.
The role holder will be expected to be a point of authority and will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day continuity of system operations, as well as overseeing process improvements and fostering a culture of continual improvement across the Student Administration.
About the Candidate
You will be educated to degree level with technical experience of working with databases and IT software. Knowledge and understanding of core academic and administrative functions in higher education. Experience of managing a team. Experience of customer service help desk query management.
