Key Responsibilities: -Property Valuations: Conduct valuations for residential properties, providing professional advice to clients on market conditions and pricing strategies. - Sales Negotiation: Manage property sales from initial offers to completion, negotiating effectively between buyers and sellers to ensure successful outcomes. - Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service and generating repeat business and referrals. - Market Insight: Provide clients with insights into current market trends and pricing strategies, offering professional guidance throughout the sales process. - Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and other marketing activities. - Sales Progression: Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales progression and completion process. - Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and lettings teams, sharing knowledge and supporting overall business objectives.
