Provide administrative support using a variety of ICT packages and office equipment to provide timely and accurate document processing to support the Leadership Team, producing letters to key stakeholders, making appointments and managing diaries. Update manual records and computerised management information systems ensuring accurate data input. Store, distribute and replenish equipment and materials, which may involve checking stock deliveries and referring any queries to line manager to ensure availability to colleagues when required. Support during events by taking bookings, greeting visitors and providing hospitality and refreshments as requested. Support teaching and pastoral staff with the administration of all pupils attendance matters. Monitor and maintain pupil attendance, ensuring contact is made in line with academy procedures where pupils fail to attend, accurately maintaining pupil attendance databases and any follow up action is accurately recorded. Act as the first point of contact between Academy and parents/carers for all issues in relation to attendance. Collate daily figures for school meals and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed. Ensure all administrative tasks around trips are carried out e.g. booking transport, updating Parent Pay. To support in the administration of staff recruitment working within Trust procedures. Ensure that safeguarding procedures for visitors to school are upheld e.g. checking for DBS, signing in etc. To adhere to and comply with all Trust and individual school policies relating to safeguarding, health and safety and security, confidentiality and data protection.
