Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing Food & Beverage team
* Take a hands‑on approach to service, supporting the team during busy periods
* Drive high standards across all service areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

* Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Work closely with senior management to drive revenue and operational success

* Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role
