Finance Manager | Nottingham | £50,000 - £60,000 + Hybrid & Flexible Working

This Nottingham-based company is going through an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to join the team and help shape the next chapter of their journey.
The Role:As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while supporting strategic decision-making as the company scales. This is a broad, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
* Managing the month-end process and producing management accounts
* Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
* Business partnering with department heads
* Supporting funding rounds and investor reporting
* Building financial processes and controls fit for a growing business
* Supporting the leadership team with strategic and commercial insight
About You:
* A qualified Finance Manager (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Experienced in an SME or scaling environment
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the bigger picture
* Confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
* Tech-savvy and process driven, with a mindset for continuous improvement
