Youll lead the design of future structures and roles, create capability frameworks, and craft workforce plans that ensure were ready for whats next. Extensive experience at a consulting level in organisational design, workforce planning, and change management, driving complex, large scale transformation programmes. Proven HR business partnering expertise through major transformation initiatives within global, matrixed organisations.
