Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with several welcoming secondary schools across Southport who are looking for Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers to support their students.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in gaining valuable classroom experience while supporting the learning and development of secondary-aged students.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work.
Support the learning and development of pupils across a range of subjects.
Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain high standards of education and care.What We're Looking For
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
Confidence and enthusiasm when working with secondary school students.
A genuine interest in education and personal development.
