About the role
As Global Head of Quality System & Innovation, you will define and lead the transformation of our Quality Management ecosystem—ensuring excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating evolving business needs into effective, future-ready quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and execution of global Quality Management strategies and programs
2. Build and continuously improve quality systems, processes, and operating procedures
3. Drive transformation initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance
4. Define and monitor quality metrics and performance indicators
5. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric quality
6. Partner with senior stakeholders to influence and align on quality standards and practices
7. Lead, develop, and inspire a team of experienced leaders and professionals
8. Oversee budget and resource planning for the quality function
9. Strengthen collaboration with external partners and service providers
What You Bring
10. 10–12+ years of experience in Quality Management, ideally in a global and regulated environment
11. Proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives
12. Strong experience managing multi-layered teams and senior stakeholders
13. Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve highly complex challenges
14. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
15. Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant field
