Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current Massachusetts state OT licensure
* Valid Occupational Therapy license
* Experience working with K-12 students preferred
* Strong munication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:Cambridge, MA
Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, and provide occupational therapy services to students
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
* Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
* Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
