An established and innovative manufacturing organisation is seeking a forward-thinking Management / Cost Accountant to join its on-site finance function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with operational insight, and who wants to play an active part in improving cost visibility and business performance. About the Role Working closely with production and operational teams, you will take ownership of producing accurate management accounts, analysing trends, supporting budgeting activities, and maintaining strong cost accounting processes. You will help the business understand key drivers, highlight opportunities for improvement, and contribute to informed decision-making at all levels.
