Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive, and commercially-sound estimates, helping secure profitable contracts and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Review drawings and specifications to quantify materials, labour, and project requirements. Prepare detailed electrical estimates for pre-designed and design & build projects ranging from £50k up to £1.5m. Identify commercial risks, assumptions, and exclusions to protect profitability. Recommend alternative installation methods or value engineering opportunities that deliver cost savings and efficiency gains. Attend pre-tender, mid-tender, post-tender, and site meetings as required, providing expert input on feasibility and commercial impact.
