Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service support to external distributors, including order taking, complaint handling, and supply chain coordination.
* Focus on pre-sales activities and order processing.
* Handle lead push-out and serve as the point of contact for general inquiries, e.g., technical or product-related, forwarding to the appropriate team if needed.
* Support future e-commerce sales channels such as eBay and Elcometer Shop.
About You:
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a target-driven, results-oriented environment, with a background in sales, customer service, sales support, product management, or business development.
* Proven track record in customer management and/or supply chain management within a manufacturing setting.
* Experience in customer service, sales order processing, and related administrative and system duties.
* Technical sales and marketing experience is desirable.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
Skills:
* Fluency in English and another language.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to communicate technical product attributes effectively over the phone.
* Resilient and capable of handling deadlines and customer issues.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
* Attention to detail in data entry.
Additional skills include good organizational abilities, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to liaise effectively with various departments and internal customers.
