Overview
CNC Programmer (Milling) — We're currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller with strong programming skills to join our skilled and friendly team. This is a hands-on, varied role working with both 3 and 5 axis machines, involving full-cycle responsibility: programming, setting, and operating. You will be programming either at the machine or via CAD/CAM, so prior experience in either method is essential. We are a well-established engineering company with a strong reputation for quality and precision. Our team works with some of the UK's most renowned and respected customers, producing a wide range of high-spec components. On offer, a professional but supportive environment, where no two days are the same—the variety of components keeps the work interesting and rewarding.

What We\u2019re Looking For
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller (3 & 5 axis)
* Confident in programming, either at the machine or through CAD/CAM
* Able to set and operate CNC milling machines independently
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
* A proactive, detail-focused approach to work
* Team player with good communication skills
