We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans and goals, to be part of our journey and to grow their career along with our success.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Land & Partnerships Manager or existing Head of Land & Partnerships, looking for structured and deliverable career progression, to lead the East Midlands land team and drive our land acquisition and partnership initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for devising and executing land acquisition and development strategies while fostering strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, registered providers, and other key stakeholders nationally. This role will play a fundamental part in securing land and partnership opportunities that align with our growth and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage partnerships with housing associations, local authorities, and public bodies to enable mixed-tenure and land-led developments.
* Shape and deliver a regional land and partnership strategy informed by market trends, planning policy, and legislative changes.
* Build strong relationships with landowners, agents, and key stakeholders to unlock opportunities and represent the company at industry events.
* Drive financial performance by managing land budgets, optimising deal structures, and negotiating key agreements.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing land team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you will bring
Significant experience in land acquisition and partnership development within the UK residential sector, ideally in the East Midlands.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing and structuring successful land and mixed-tenure deals.
Deep knowledge of land valuation, planning policy, legal frameworks, and affordable housing delivery.
Established network of industry contacts across landowners, local authorities, housing associations, and public bodies.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred), with a full UK driving licence.
A values-driven approach, aligned with our culture of Trust, Teamwork, Kindness, and Passion.
What you get in return
* Discretionary Bonus Scheme.
* Car allowance (with option to join the company salary sacrifice car scheme, T&Cs apply).
* 25 days holiday (extending to 27 days holiday after two years of continuous service).
* Pension Scheme.
* Group Life Assurance.
* Group Income Protection Scheme.
* Smart Health Employee Assistance Programme.
* Opt in – Simply Health Cash Plan.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in driving Allison Homes’ East Midlands regional land and partnership strategies, securing long-term development opportunities, and fostering collaborative relationships that support sustainable housing delivery across the UK.
