We're seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead our Early Careers recruitment function and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs). In this pivotal role, you'll ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, following global processes while continuously improving hiring practices in collaboration with key stakeholders. You'll build strong relationships with schools, universities, and external partners to drive brand awareness and promote our Early Careers programmes. From candidate sourcing to onboarding, you'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and seamless experience. You'll also provide expert guidance on workforce planning, market trends, and resourcing, allocating TA support to meet business needs effectively. Your role will include driving direct sourcing strategies, implementing best-in-class selection methods, and supporting global programs. With strong data-driven decision-making skills, you'll manage recruitment reporting, budgeting, and strategy documentation. What are we looking for? A Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in managing global recruitment processes within a multi-national environment. You'll bring deep expertise in Early Career hiring, including university engagement, high-volume selection, and developing strong relationships with academic institutions in regions such as the USA, Spain, Germany, or France. You're confident leading projects in a matrixed setting, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and using data to drive recruitment decisions and support diversity and inclusion goals. Experience with online assessment tools like Harver or pymetrics is highly desirable. You'll collaborate with international Talent Acquisition teams and bring industry best practices to the table. A bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field is preferred, along with working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, ATS platforms, and video interview tools.
