We are seeking an experienced Outreach Worker to join our team in London, working closely with our Peer Mentor program. Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Outreach Worker to deliver outreach services to individuals in London, providing support and signposting to local resources. As an Outreach Worker, you will have lived experience of substance misuse issues and be able to relate to our service users. You will work closely with our Peer Mentor program to provide a holistic approach to support, promoting independence, confidence, and well-being.
