Job Title: Administration Assistant Location: Warwick (Hybrid available after training) Working Hrs: Part-Time (30 hours, Mon to Fri) Reporting Line: Administration Team Leader On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for, but not limited to: Answering telephone calls and emails from end users and call agents, providing support and guidance when required within set service levels. Respond to queries relating to extended warranty, annual services and documentation requests. Creating warranty agreements Ensuring all jobs have been closed and invoiced correctly and on time Ensuring all data loaded into the system has been loaded accurately even where manual intervention is required Ensuring field trial appliances are serviced and terminated on time About you: We want to make sure you’re set up for success in our mission. To be successful in your application you’ll need: Good interpersonal skills Sound literacy and numeracy skills Good computer skills, including knowledge of: Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel Adapts to change well and views it as an opportunity with a positive mindset Someone who is self-motivated Capable of working both individually and within a team Organised Excellent attention for detail What we offer: Our package is made up of basic salary plus a variable incentive.
