Care Coordinator – Radfield Home Care (UK)
Location: Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £26,000–£27,000 per annum
About the Role
At Radfield Home Care, our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in achieving this mission by managing the daily operations of our care service. This includes:
* Managing care needs with clients and their families
* Supporting a team of care professionals
* Setting and managing rotas
* Keeping essential records up-to-date

Qualifications & Requirements
* UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
* Over 18 years of age
* Previous care experience is desirable, especially roles such as care supervisor, senior care assistant or field care supervisor
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will therefore be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
