Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist specialising in elderly rehabilitation who is passionate about delivering holistic care that has our clients at its centre. They provide community and clinic-based physiotherapy in the Surrey area.
The core function of this role is to provide assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation for clients aged 65 and over in areas such as elderly care, balance, rehabilitation, and orthopaedics.
With over 10 years of delivering quality physiotherapy services in the community and clinic settings, they have ambitious plans for the future and seek a dedicated team member committed to excellence and growth.

Essential Requirements:
* HCPC registered
* UK resident
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* Specialised in elderly rehabilitation and MSK
* Post-operative orthopaedic experience
* Manual therapy experience
Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide physiotherapy assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation to a caseload of patients in domiciliary and clinic settings.
* Deliver elderly-centered physiotherapy for various injuries, surgeries, and complex conditions.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with nursing, care, GPs, consultants, and other health professionals.
* Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting as necessary.
* Contribute to interdisciplinary assessments, treatments, and discharges.
* Discuss services and treatment options with patients and their families.
* Involve clients in planning their rehabilitation when possible.
* Provide advice, teaching, and instruction to relatives, carers, and professionals to promote understanding and consistent patient care.
* Prepare reports for patients, consultants, and GPs independently.
* Participate in CPD and developmental activities.
* Manage a varied caseload using evidence-based, patient-centered approaches.
* Develop and review treatment programs aligned with patient goals, encouraging exercise and movement.
* Assist in developing the musculoskeletal service within the company.
* Adhere to CSP codes of conduct at all times.
Desirable Skills:
* Acupuncture certification
* Pilates & Rehabilitation experience
* Confidence with IT systems
