We are seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to assist the service team and provide full administrative support.
* To be responsible for setting up maintenance contracts
* Production of service purchase orders
* Manage the call out process, taking calls
* Reception duties, meeting and greeting all visitors and operating door entry system
* Book meeting rooms
* Produce I D cards
* Operate the ANPR system
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role and will have ideally worked within a sales/operations type environment. A good standard of communication skills and good level of IT experience to include Outlook and Excel is required.
