F&B Systems Analyst


Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Location: Central London | Hybrid


A global entertainment company is seeking an F&B Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in rolling out a new inventory management platform across Retail, Food & Beverage, and Spares. The focus is firmly on recipe management, food stock control, and hospitality analytics — ensuring systems reflect the realities of restaurant and kitchen workflows.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Optimise recipe management and ingredient‑level stock control across F&B operations
* Analyse and map inventory processes across Retail, F&B, and Spares
* Support purchasing cycles, vendor management, and hospitality workflows
* Contribute to system selection and implementation, with ERP/WMS exposure as a bonus


What We’re Looking For

* Strong knowledge of F&B inventory workflows and hospitality systems
* Hands‑on experience with recipe management, menu costing, or food stock systems
* Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms (Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Merret) is advantageous but not essential
* Experience supporting ingredient‑level tracking and consumption analysis
