The role:
* Lead audits and accounts preparation for a varied client portfolio
* Work directly with clients, building strong, lasting relationships
* Support and mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge and experience
* Deliver high-quality, accurate work while contributing ideas to improve processes
About you:
* ACA, ACCA, or part-qualified
* Audit and accounts experience within practice
* Confident liaising with clients and managing engagements
* Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
