This is a remote position.\n\n Job Title:\n\nBusiness Development Manager\n\nDepartment:\n\nSales Division\n\nReports To:\n\nHead of Sales\n\nHybrid working: Home and Field, with one day a week in Warwickshire\n Responsible For:\n\nDeveloping and advising organisations on learning and development opportunities within the company's training portfolio.\n\nRole Purpose:\n\nTo position the company as a leader in Learning & Development (L&D) by establishing partnerships with businesses and promoting tailored training solutions that meet workforce needs.\n\nDate Reviewed:\n\nSeptember 2024\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nIntroduce large, levy-paying employers to the company’s range of training services, effectively communicating opportunities to relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.\n\nEngage in partnership development and account management, aligning with company policies and collaborating with organisations to support growth and financial goals.\n\nPresent the company’s seamless, plug-in Learning and Development services through appropriate communication methods.\n\nAchieve strategic business objectives for revenue, learners, and client accounts while adhering to corporate social responsibility policies.\n\nCollaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement strategic development plans within the sales division.\n\nTake responsibility for partnership development, account management, and performance monitoring, ensuring financial targets are met.\n\nDeliver high-quality services to all clients, reflecting the company’s customer-centric approach.\n\nDevelop and diversify the company's apprenticeship offerings and design commercial programs that meet client needs.\n\nRegularly update the company CRM system to track activity, contract success, learner enrolment, and retention rates.\n\nBuild and maintain links with key national and local partner organisations to ensure training offers are aligned with employer and learner needs.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure systems and processes create a safe, supportive learning environment.
