The Opportunity:
This role is vital for ensuring prompt and precise billing, effective cash flow management, and the integrity of the accounts receivable ledger. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and Finance team members to stay ahead of outstanding receivables, enhance collection efforts, and contribute to key month-end financial activities.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance admin role within professional services
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with both internal teams and external clients
• A team player who can work across departments and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in finance systems
• French, Spanish, German speaking is a plus but not essential
