Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple regions Ensure compliance with regional tax laws and social security regulations. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll queries. Maintain accurate payroll records and produce statutory reports. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in global payroll processing Strong knowledge of employment and tax legislation, experience within NL and Germany would be highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
