Join Our Team as a Catering Supervisor!

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 27.5 hours per week.

Your Shift Pattern

* Mon: Full-time (Days)
* Tues: Full-time (Days)
* Weds: Full-time (Days)
* Thurs: Full-time (Days)
* Fri: Full-time (Days)
* Sat: Off
* Sun: Off
Please note: This role is contracted for 43 weeks per year.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Catering Supervisor, you will:
* Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
* Supervise our culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
* Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
* Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
* Support and train our teams, leading from the front to help everyone excel.
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
* Have a minimum of two years of catering experience.
* Have experience managing teams in a similar role.
* Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
* Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Be an ambitious and motivated individual eager to upskill.
