Job description
Prospero Teaching are looking for Cover Supervisors and Cover Teachers to work with schools in the Cardiff area.
You will be working with a number of different schools, all who have experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Teams, where you will be required to cover a range of subjects and classes on a full time or adhoc basis – this is a great opportunities for a Graduate or someone with experience working in an Education environment.
We are currently working with Mainstream Secondary and Primary Schools, as well as SEN/Alternative Provisions who cater for pupils aged between 10 and 16 who have an Education Health and Care Plans, serving a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including; Social, Emotional & Mental Health and Autistic Spectrum Condition.

4. Contract or position start date – ASAP
5. Contract or position end date (if applicable) – Ongoing
6. Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Temp
7. Full time/part time – Full time/adhoc
8. Minimum rate of pay – £120 – £150 a day
9. Hours – 8:30 am –
Experience, Training and Qualifications
10. Degree (not essential but preferable)
11. Minimum 1 year experience working with young people
12. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (we can offer this if not)
Eligibility
13. Hold Right to Work in the UK
14. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
15. Provide two professional child related references
