We proudly manage the sports, leisure, and cultural facilities across several high schools in West Lothian including Xcite Winchburgh, Deans Community High School, Inveralmond Community High School, West Calder High School, Linlithgow Academy and Armadale Academy to name but a few. Our diverse venues are available for community and club hire and include swimming pools, gyms, dance/fitness studios, games and sports halls, and theatres and assembly halls as well as outdoor pitches.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing area of our business, as we build on strong foundations and continue to expand participation, partnerships, and impact across our schools estate.
As Schools Deputy Manager, you'll lead operational delivery across multiple sites while strengthening relationships with local sports clubs and maximising the use of our facilities for schools and the wider community.
What You'll Do
Lead and support Duty Managers to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
Act as the main liaison between Xcite and external sports clubs, building and growing strong partnerships
Work closely with the Sports Development Manager to enhance coaching programmes and participation pathways
Maximise facility usage, grow income, and identify new opportunities across the schools estate
Ensure high standards of health & safety, compliance, and operational excellence
