A leading global healthcare technology organisation is seeking a Territory Business Manager to support its surgical solutions and infection prevention portfolio. This role focuses on delivering high-value clinical products and services, including patient warming, perioperative solutions, IV therapy, and infection prevention, across acute healthcare settings.
You will collaborate with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to expand market presence, drive adoption of new products, and support tender activity. This position is ideal for an experienced clinical salesperson or healthcare professional looking to progress into a commercially focused role.
Responsibilities:
* Execute the value proposition for surgical solutions and infection prevention across your territory.
* Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians, consultants, anaesthetists, procurement teams, and department leaders.
* Lead pre-tender market engagement, support tender submissions, and ensure smooth implementation of new contracts and product launches.
* Contribute to value-based pricing strategies to support profitable growth.
* Position the full offering—including equipment, consumables, and services—as an integrated solution.
* Develop and deliver a territory business plan to prioritise account activity, product penetration, and customer engagement.
About You:
* Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Nursing, Clinical discipline, or relevant equivalent experience.
* Experience in clinical or sales environments related to patient warming, IV therapy, or surgical solutions.
* Ability to manage key accounts using structured customer relationship management processes.
* Comfortable working in operating theatres, critical care, and ICU environments.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
* Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
