We operate modern and well-equipped Vehicle and engineering workshops in Canterbury. We provide ongoing training to keep our staff up to date with the latest developments in the products we support. We pride ourselves on delivering an efficient and friendly service to all of our customers.
We are looking for a Service Advisor / Customer Liaison who can support our customers and workshop team for all job requirements and workflow daily together in conjunction with the Branch Manager / Workshop Foreman and Parts Team.
The Service Advisor performs a variety of tasks to coordinate resources and liaise with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure all work is delivered on time and to a quality standard, exceeding Customers' expectations

This role will see you managing Customer requirements from the first point of contact, for COFs, servicing, and repairs. Including making bookings, opening new job cards for each job, whilst providing regular feedback and updates to customers, additionally helping with managing day-to-day workshop flow to ensure our customers are receiving the highest standard of service.
To be successful, you will need the following:
At least two years' experience in the commercial vehicle/transport field - (this is preferred but not essential).A strong passion for customer serviceStrong computer literacyHave the ability to communicate at a high level, plus build and maintain Key Relationships internally and externallyGreat time management and organizational skillsThe ability to be a great team player and collaborator
