About Community Integrated Care

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enrich the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do.

Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.

We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or been shortlisted for over 100 national and regional awards!

We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support and in return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

About the Service – Baingle Brae

* Our service consists of seven 1‑bedroom bungalows, one of which is a dedicated staff base.
* Each individual has their own private front and back garden, plus a shared communal garden with beautiful flowerbeds.
* Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, we’re just a short walk from local shops, a pharmacy, health centre, and excellent public transport links to Alloa and Stirling.
* The views here are stunning – on a clear day, you can see the Ochil Hills and Wallace Monument.

About the People We Support

* We’re a group of six individuals aged between 32 and 56, each on a journey to settle into our forever homes.
* We’re all unique, with different needs and strengths. Some of us live with visual or hearing impairments, autism, learning disabilities, or mental health challenges.
