Telford Teaching Assistants (TA) Position: Day-to-day supply, short-term supply, and long-term placements Pay: £79.37 – £90.77 per day (dependent on experience) Start Date: As soon as possible The Supply Register is proud to work in partnership with local schools to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants for schools in Telford. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students in the classroom. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Support students to stay focused and engaged in their learning. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment. Support students’ emotional and pastoral well-being when required. Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources. Report any concerns to the appropriate school staff. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role is desirable. Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
